Amazing Care Health Services LLC provides free transportation to clients from all residential facilities to the outpatient mental health clinic. We assist with hospital pick up to the facility and the outpatient mental health clinic as needed with no charge to clients. Moreover, we provide free bus passes to clients within the community to enable them to attend therapy sessions within the outpatient mental health clinic. We also assist outpatient referral clients and those needing emergency services from facilities.
All van services have to be determined by the mental health supervisor.
